How to use the Content Brief Tool
The Konvart content brief tool creates an exportable content brief that you can share with your content writers/team in a Word document. This saves you time, provides SEO data in a Word document, and lets you use Konvart's content guide within your existing processes.

Step 1: Search
- Navigate to "Content" at the top navigation bar in your Konvart dashboard
- Click on "Content Brief" at the side navigation bar within the Content section
- Enter your keyword
- Choose a location and language
- Select your project
- Click on "Create Brief"
Step 2: Choose Competitors
Konvart presents the top 10 ranking competitors. You can choose up to three for in-depth analysis.
Step 3: Select Headings
Konvart would review the chosen competitors as well as keywords in the SERP (e.g. PAAs and related searches) to provide a list of headings. Select those you prefer. You can also add headings from the People Also Ask results (FAQs).
Give it a few minutes to analyze your page.
Step 4: Add Guidelines for Your Writers
Add your Target audience, the Aim of Content, tone and style, and any additional instructions. You can also include a link to your brand style guide if you have one, and internal linking suggestions.
Step 5: Review, Save, and Export
Konvart will provide NLP terms and suggested use count based on the competitors, and guidance notes for each selected headings so that your writers know what to cover with each heading. At this point, you should save the brief and export it to a word doc for your writers.
