How to Write an SEO Article or Copy Using Konvart

Writing content for search engines and users can be tricky to navigate - you want to write the best article, but that in itself can be time-consuming. With Konvart, the process can be done within 5 minutes instead of 5 hours or days. This knowledge base article explains the process.

Instructing Konvart

There are two places within Konvart from which you can write content:
  1. The keyword research results page – by clicking on the "Generate Content" button beside the keyword of your choice
  2. From the "Generated Content" area within your project – by clicking on the "New Content" button at the top right

With either, you'd get a modal to instruct Konvart on what you want.


Here's what you can do:
  1. Choose the type of page/post: creating an article differs from creating a product or service page copy. Select the option that best suits your needs.
  2. Country: country refers to the country from which your target audience is searching or the country where you want to rank. Remember that Google prefers to serve local results to searchers. So, if you are in the USA and are offering services to individuals or businesses in the USA, the United States is the right choice.
  3. Tone of Content: the tone of your content is the attitude or emotion that your article or copy should convey to your audience. There are various options here and you can select more than one.
  4. Aim of Article: this has to do with your goal. What do you want to achieve with this page or article?
  5. Your Target Reader: who's your target audience? Be as specific as possible. 
  6. Other Instructions: This box is optional. You can use this to provide more information, context or instructions to Konvart to ensure better results. 
  7. Include FAQs: Select this option to add frequently asked questions to your results. This is particularly useful if you use FAQ schema on your website or if you want to know every question searchers want answered about that topic. FAQs give more context to your article/copy, and you can choose to move them to regular headings if you wish after the content has been generated.
After selecting and inputting your instructions, click on "Generate Content". The system will review your competitors and the SERP and create an article or page copy that matches your instructions. 

Exporting Content from Konvart

There are three ways to export content from Konvart:
  1. Copy – basically, copy and then paste it somewhere else
  2. Export to WordPress – learn how to export to WordPress here
  3. Export to Word Doc – click the button to download the content as a .doc file.
